By accessing and using Viralix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Viralix provides YouTube analytics, channel comparison, and content idea generation tools powered by AI. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
5. YouTube API Services
By connecting your YouTube account to Viralix, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Viralix's access to your Google account at any time through the Google Security Settings page.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape data from the Service
- Use the Service to generate spam or harmful content
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Attempt to access other users' YouTube accounts without authorization
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
